I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, facing the front of the building. The microwave and refrigerator were very clean, and being on a lower floor was convenient. The service was fantastic, with the staff being extremely friendly and even providing a roll away bed for our grandson. The location was excellent for shopping, right at Short Pump, and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The dining experience offered a large selection of food, but having the same items every day was a little monotonous.
